School Exams Needed

Students going in to Kindergarten for the 2010-11 school year will need a completed dental, eye and physical exam.
Students going in to 2^nd grade will need a completed dental exam for next year and students entering 6^th grade will need to have a completed dental and physical for school.
All new students entering a school in the state of Illinois for the first time will need to have an eye exam. Forms are available in the school office.

Metamora Flames Summer Softball 2010_11 Clinics (free) & Tryout Info
STM Baseball Parent meeting at 5 pm on Aug. 2, 2010 at baseball field. Practice begins at 5:30 to about 7:30pm. Baseball is open to 6th, 7th, and 8th grade boys. 2010 schedule is on the Baseball web page.

2011 MATBO TRAVEL BASEBALL TRYOUTS

School will start at 8:00am and end at 3:00pm for the 2010-11 school year. Students should be in their classroom, in their seat and ready for attendance to be taken by 8:10am
School Immunization Summer Clinics

The Woodford Co. Health Department will be holding school vaccination clinics on Sat., July 31 and Aug. 7 from 8:00am-12:00pm at the health department. These clinics are open to eligible school age children in the county who need vaccinations to start school. If your child is enrolled in Medicaid, does not have insurance, has insurance that does not pay for vaccines, they are eligible for vaccines at the health department. Please bring your child’s immunization record with you. WCHD will be unable to give your child their immunizations without these records. For more information, please contact the Woodford Co. Health Department at 467-3064.
